I offer many options for your private or semi private yoga instruction.
GENTLE HEALING YOGA
These sessions focus on slow, gentle movement, include functional meditation and relaxation techniques, as well as energy healing to activate your body's own innate capacity to heal and restore itself.
In hatha yoga we focus on building strength and work on flexibility and relaxations techniques.
Vinyasa moves at a faster pace than Hatha, still working on strength, flexibility, relaxation, and adding cardio to the practice.
Yin yoga is done mostly seated or in a reclined position. Poses are held for longer, affecting the connective tissue as well as the muscle around the joints. Yin increases flexibility and includes deep relaxation and healing through functional meditation.
