Functional Meditation

My approach to meditation is two fold, I want you to learn how to be comfortable sitting in silence and being aware of your thoughts and emotions. Secondly, I am acutely aware of the benefit of using the alpha and theta brain state to affect lasting change in your life for that reason I approach meditation from two sides.

AWARENESS MEDITATION

First we learn how to be content to sit in silence and accept everything that comes up. Once we are comfortable in this space, we progress to the next step.

FUNCTIONAL MEDITATION

During our sessions together we learn how the Universe speaks and reacts to our thoughts and emotions. We use this time to create our new reality and become masters of our own lives.
