Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while seated in a chair. This class is especially popular with seniors who benefit from the increased flexibility, concentration, muscle strength and balance. This class is also ideal for those with limited mobility, and people who are recovering from surgery or injury.


I travel to your neighborhood or residence weekly, bringing a new sequence of posses. Together we work to improve range of motion, concentration, strength and balance.
