Melenie brings an unique mix of energy and experience to each yoga, meditation and healing session she does. She is an avid student of eastern philosophy and universal energy. She focuses on the flow of Life Force Energy called chi, qi or prana and teaches in a way that brings the energy in and around the client into harmony on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual plane.
Her approach to teaching has evolved from her own experience with chronic pain and anxiety. Through Yoga, Functional Meditation, Comprehensive Energy Healing, Numerology and Intuitive Guidance she helps to empower her clients with her holistic approach to life. She incorporates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practices to help clients find BALANCE and HARMONY in the life they have now. Through understanding each layer of life, we can affect real change in a short time.
